Dr. Guo Peiyuan is the Chairman of SynTao Green Finance and co-founder and General Manager of SynTao. As one of China’s renowned experts in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Socially Responsible Investment (SRI), he has been closely involved in responsible management development.
Dr. Guo is a member of the stakeholder council of Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), a member of China Finance Society Green Finance Committee, an advisor to Asian Sustainable and Responsible Investment Association (ASrIA), and co-founder of China SIF. Dr. Guo teaches Business Performance and Sustainability for MBA students in School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, and teaches Socially Responsible Investment for MPA students at Beijing Normal University. Dr. Guo holds a Ph.D. in Management from Tsinghua University in China.

Eric Usher currently heads the UN Environment Programme Finance Initiative, UNEP FI, a global partnership bringing together the UN with more than 300 banks, insurers and asset managers working to develop the sustainable finance and responsible investment agendas. Eric oversees governance, strategy and day-to-day management of UNEP FI’s work programme and global network development. Over the years, UNEP FI has established some of the most important sustainability oriented frameworks within the finance industry, including the Principles for Responsible Investment (2006), the Principles for Sustainable Insurance (2012) and work is now underway on the Principles for Responsible Banking. Since joining in 2015, Mr. Usher has focused on accelerating the deep integration of sustainability risks into financial practice, including addressing climate change, natural capital loss and human rights abuses, as well as building out the frameworks for positive impact finance needed to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Eric sits on several industry bodies including as UN representative on the Board of the Principles for Responsible Investment, as a member of the Evaluation Council of the French sovereign green bond, as Director for the impact fund REPP Africa and founder of the Seed Capital Assistance Facility.
Prior to leading UNEP FI, Mr. Usher has over twenty years of experience in the low carbon sectors, spanning technology commercialisation in Canada, solar rural electrification in Morocco and financial sector development across emerging markets. During 2011, Mr. Usher worked on the establishment of the Green Climate Fund and led efforts to create its Private Sector Facility. Eric has been an editor of the Global Trends in Renewable Energy Investment report published annually with Bloomberg and was lead author for finance of the IPCC Special Report on Renewable Energy Sources. Before joining the UN, he was General Manager of a solar rural electrification company based in Morocco.

Mark joined Generation in 2005 and is a member of the Global Client Team, whose responsibilities include advocacy and business development in Asia. Prior to joining Generation, Mark formed his own business to work in partnership with Zurich-based Sustainable Asset Management ("SAM"), and established and managed SAM's operations in Australia. Prior to joining SAM, he was Head of Sales and Marketing for County Investment Management, formerly a subsidiary of Australia's largest bank, National Australia Bank. Previously, Mark was a founding director at Credit Suisse, responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for its investment management operations in Australia; a bond research analyst at CS First Boston Australia, and previously worked in software engineering including for NEC and Logica.
Mark graduated from the University of Melbourne with a BSc in Computer Science, and was the recipient of a post graduate research scholarship from the Japanese Government which he undertook at Yokohama National University. Mark speaks fluent Japanese and is a student of Mandarin.
Mark serves as Chairman of the Australian Wildlife Trust, and is a founder and serves as Chairman of the Investor Working Group for Sustainable Palm Oil.

Brian Cahill is a Managing Director and Global Executive Sponsor for Moody's Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives. In this role, Brian leads Moody's activities in the area of ESG analytics, thematic research and market outreach, with the aim of enhancing the transparency around how ESG considerations are incorporated into credit analysis. Brian Cahill is also Managing Director of the Corporate Finance and Public, Project and Infrastructure Finance Groups for Asia. In this role, he has overall responsibility for Moody's ratings and research for these groups in the region, managing teams in Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Tokyo. Brian has held various senior analytical and management positions with Moody's.

Mr. Zhang is the Managing Director of SynTao Greeen Finance. He is responsible for the company's business operations and internal management. Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in sustainable development and green finance. He has led a number of green bond verification work and has participated in sustainable finance research projects. He served as a judge for the Tsinghua (Sustainable) Business Case Competition and as a mentor for the "UN Sustainable Consumption and Development" Youth Camp for several years. Prior to SynTao, he has nine years management experience in a state-owned enterprise.
Mr. Zhang holds a MBA from Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management and a Master degree in Finance from Central University of Finance and Economics.

Ms. Katherine Ng is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Policy and Secretariat Services Team in the Listing Division. Ms. Ng joined Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited ("HKEX") in 2013 as Head of Policy Team of the Listing Division. Prior to that, Ms. Ng served as Political Assistant to the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury of the Hong Kong Government. Before joining the Government, Ms. Ng worked in an international investment bank and was in private practice with an international law firm in Hong Kong and London. Ms. Ng holds a Master of Arts in Law from Trinity College, University of Cambridge and is a qualified lawyer in both Hong Kong and England & Wales. Ms. Ng is the Chairman of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute since December 2018. She is an Advisor to Our Hong Kong Foundation, a Director of the World Wide Fund for Nature Hong Kong and a fellow of the Aspen Institute.

Zhu Youwei,Ph.D.,head of strategic Research, Strategic Development Department, Huatai Securities Co., LTD., a member of the 4th and 5th "333 High-level Talent Training Project" of Jiangsu Province, China. Mainly engaged in research on the development of capital market,Fintech, securities industry, Investment Banking, Broker-Dealer and ESG, etc. The research projects he led won the Excellent Award of annual Key Projects of China Securities Association for three times, and he completed a number of special researches arranged by China Securities Regulatory Commission, Shanghai Stock Exchange, State Administration of Foreign Exchange and China Securities Association. He also played an important role in the company's H share issuance and GDR issuance projects.
Mr. Liu is a vice President and partner of SynTao with extensive experience in CSR training and consulting for corporate, industry associations and governments in Yangtze River Delta Region. He focused on CSR information disclosure, CSR report writing and evaluation, and has participated in developing several local governments and industry CSR standards. He was also involved in revision work of GRI3.1's Chinese version and Financial Services Sector Supplement (FSSS)'s Chinese version. Before joining SynTao, Mr. liu has long been engaged in financial work and credit rating service.

Dr Christine Chow is the Head of Asia and Global Emerging Markets stewardship and the global lead of technology. She has 23 years of experience in investment management, research and consulting. Christine's PhD thesis on shareholder engagement for responsible investment was short-listed for a United Nations award in Sweden for industry relevance and academic excellence. Christine is an elected member of the Court at the London School of Economics (LSE) and a member of the School's Investment Sub-Committee. In January 2019, she was appointed member in the Data Governance Task Force of the UK All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Artificial Intelligence. In July 2019, she was elected as a board member of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN). In September 2019, she has been named as one of Brummell Magazine's Inspirational Women in the City of London. The list celebrates 30 women who are leaders in their respective fields, as chosen by an independent panel of industry professionals across the financial sector.
She was an adjunct finance professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2014 – 2016), a visiting scholar at the University of St Andrews in Scotland (2012 – 2013) and a member of the Greater China Committee of the Hong Kong Retirement Funds Association (2014-2016). Christine worked for multinational companies such as Merrill Lynch (BAML), Schroders and Aon Hewitt.
Christine is a graduate of the London School of Economics and the University of Melbourne. She completed an executive education course on financial engineering at Stanford University.

Mr. Robin Hu joined Temasek in December 2016 and is currently Head, Sustainability & Stewardship Group. Before joining Temasek, Mr. Hu was Chief Executive Officer of the South China Morning Post ("SCMP") Group in Hong Kong. Prior to SCMP, he was Senior Executive Vice President, Chinese Newspapers and Newspaper Services of Singapore Press Holdings ("SPH"), where he was responsible for managing the group's three Chinese dailies, a bilingual free-sheet, events and exhibitions, retail and magazine operations. Mr. Hu began his career in the Information Technology industry in Singapore. He was Director Planning and Infrastructure of the then National Computer Board and later Managing Director (Global Business) of Singtel NCS Ltd. In the nineties, Mr. Hu worked in China first as the Regional Director (China) for the Singapore Economic Development Board based in Suzhou and Shanghai and later as Counsellor (Industry and investment) with the Singapore Embassy in Beijing. Also, based in Beijing, Mr. Hu had a stint in the then burgeoning dotcom industry as SVP and Country GM of NASDAQ listed Asiacontent.com Ltd between 2000 and 2001. Mr. Hu holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mathematics from the University of Kent and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wales.

Lei FU is an Advisory Council Member of ChinaSIF. Most recently, he was Managing Director & Head of China at Sculptor Capital ("Sculptor", formerly "Och-Ziff Capital"). During his 13 years with Sculptor, Lei oversaw China long/short equity investments in selected sectors by successfully identifying cycles & themes, sourcing/researching bottom-up investment ideas, actively engaging with portfolio companies and leading equity capital markets transactions. Lei also served on Sculptor Asia Operation Committee and had led regional business development as the Chairman & Legal Rep for Sculptor Shanghai WFOE.
Prior to joining Sculptor in 2007, Lei was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong and New York. As a member of the Natural Resources Group, he advised on M&A and financing transactions in the energy sector.

Grace GUAN, Deputy General Manager. Grace Guan is now dedicating to the research and development of sustainable finance and responsible investment, with more than ten years financial industry experiences, including serving at Deutsche Bank, Zhongde Securities, and PE fund. Ms. Guan holds a MBA degree from Peking University, and a PhD degree in Population, Resources and Environmental Economics.

SHAO Huan is the Shanghai-based China Project Manager at Climate Bonds Initiative. Her work focuses on developing new projects and partnerships in China, as well as liasoning with government agencies and regulators, potential green bonds issuers, verifiers and other stakeholders in China.
Prior to Climate Bonds, Huan was with the People’s Bank of China, Shanghai. She also worked in the Bank’s Beijing Research Bureau, where she was staff of Green Finance Committee as well as in the Bank’s Frankfurt Representative Office. As assistant to co-chair, Chief Economist Ma Jun, Huan supported the G20 Green Finance Study Group’s work in 2016.
